All landlords of any PRS let to family, sharers or individuals must make themselves aware of this  consultation and it's possible consequences. For example, if you let to a family or let to shares on a joint and several tenancy, or to individuals on a room-by-room individual tenancy basis, you may soon need a licence on the basis of this consultation.
