Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hello, 

I  need advice on section 21. My agent has served Notice 21 on 6th Sept on the tenants who are on a rolling contract (they have been renting the flat for 28 months now).

The estate agent emailed yesterday that:

“The tenants have advised that they currently do not have a property to move into and may not be able to move out by the expiry date of the section 21 notice. However, they have advised that they will keep us updated with their move out date”.

What steps shall I take to evict the tenants please?
