Hi, I have recently purchased the TaxCafe book and just wanted to point out to anyone that hasn't come across the capital introduced principle that is mentioned in the book as a means to claim some interest relief against borrowing - I didn't know about this, its worth having a look into.  As I tend to come within my personal allowance it probably wouldn't have made a huge difference but worth checking out.
