My wife and I own and run a small number of rental properties. We are looking to "retire" from this and wish to pass on ownership and management to our 4 adult children.

We have received informal advice that the best way to do this might be to form a limited company

Does anyone in this forum have experience of doing this? Any advice would be appreciated
