Dear everyone,

I appreciate your advice!

My flat is let as a furnished flat but the tenants want me to change or remove sonme of the furntitre.

The first is a sofa as they have bought a new one. The existing one is in good condition - but for some reason they went out to get another.

The second item is a bed. The smallest bedroom has a small double, but they now want me to remove that and replkace with a full sized double.

My concern is that where will this stop! They took on the tanancy with teh furnture in the flat which is all in good condition. If I remove it I have the trouble and exopense, and will then have to replace it all again at the end of the tenancy.

Am I being unreasonable to say no to both requests?

With kind regards

Isobel
