anyone else had trouble with link to latest survey request?

Ok, the 4th percentile survey is about to close, the latest NRLA mailshot declares.

Unfortunately, I am unable to participate because since the email appeared; scrolling down to click on the response box shows these words;

• ''survey not available at this time.''..

I will tick the box asking for a member of the support team to reply to this query. Alas, my expectations are low because asking for a response has not in the past produced a reply. In my neck of the woods this is described as ''knocking on the window with a sponge''. In other words,....utterly ineffective because of a lack of substance, or veracity. Window dressing.

So asking if any colleagues have had an opportunity to respond to the survey?

Deemed that important that the link to access the survey is 'not yet in operation'.
