Hallo,

have only one place to rent - my tenant lives in the bungalow, i am in the matchbox (granny-flat)  --- i would find it very difficult to survive on my rubbish pension -- QUESTION: i am looking for and cant find any info on what would replace section 21 in the new renters' reform bill  if the tenant is not making a nuisance of himself ---- would he be able to live in my house forever if he wants to  --- so would i really have to sell the place to get rid of the tenant?

i could read the oodles of pages of the bill but i dont speak legal --- can anyone point me to something i could understand?

assistance much appreciated -- mimondo88
