I have two tenants named on a tenacy agreement, I have issued a section 21 , but I only want to evict one tenant as it's only one behind on the rent and the other one  wants to stay on with a  tenacy agreement just in there name , the tennant behind with the rent isn't leaving voluntarily so will I will have to go through the whole process, which means the tenant who wants  to stay will have a ccj against them , is there anyway around this , can i issue a new section 21 with just one tenant named , advice needed please if anyone has had this before
