Hi all

I recevied the inventory from the managing agent only after I complained to thePRS.

I have been given a document that links to inventory hive where there are several photos. However, I got burnt by the unprofessional approach by the estate agent because the inventory was done late and in the photos I see my furniture, currently not esplicitly reported in the inventory, or other fittings and fixtures such as furniture, curtains, fitted wardrobes, appliances such as fridge, toaster etc.

Given the above I checked the inventory suggested by NRLA www.nrla.org.uk/resources/creating-your-tenancy/inventory-schedule-of-condition but also this does not seem to include such details.

Can I please ask if these should be included, how and if their absence can be an element of complaint to thePRS?
Also isnt the inventory supposed to be approved by me and tenant both to be fully valid?

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
