Hi, i have a property that is split into two flats.  It is also a leashold.  The freehold is strangely not the person on the deed which i am looking into. But they are not looking after the property - the flat above is leaking from a leaky roof and this has been going on for over a year with further damage being done all the time, the insurance have not repaired as i believe they have said its wear and tear and the leasholder is stalling the whole time.  We have also just found out that she will not renew the insurance until she receives funds from us, but we will not send her any money until we see a live schedule.  We are at our wits end with her.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
