Hello! ive just had the insurance renewal through for our tenanted property, it was £340 last year and this year its going up to £438 (of which £160 is Landlord Emergency Cover).

My question is, is it worth having the landlord emergency cover? When ive actually read up on what it covers, its only a call out and temp fix, so i would still have to get my tradey out to repair.

Has anyone actually used this and think its worth keeping? I live 20 minutes away so its not like i cant rush round in the event anything happens.

Im thinking of cancelling it and just paying the £278 for the remainder of the policy.

Thanks!
