Tenant deposit - legal costs deductions

The tenant has finally moved out after 18 months of courts, I have been awarded legal costs but the tenant has no intention to pay. Is it possible to request deduction from the deposit? If yes, what paperwork do I need to present as we are still waiting for the posession order, which might take another couple of months. 

The tenant has left behing multiple broken pieced of furniture, can I claim disposal costs against the deposit?  I have a proof they are not ours.
