Dear Forum.

As part of a diversification away from Assured Shorthold Tenancy Lets I propose to let to companies and/or under Short-Term Airbnb-type agreements.

If I take any deposits would I need to comply with Deposit Protection legislation and would I be required to limit deposits to five weeks rent?
