Hi everyone, I've just sacked my agents that manage a HMO on my behalf.  I am a residential landlord and run many individual houses but I've always shyed away from running a HMO.  I've got the tenancy agreements ready for signing for renting rooms but do I date these from the tenant's original start date?  Is everything else that I need to give the tenants the same?  They should have already received the gas certificate, electrical certificate, EPC, privacy policy, right to rent, dps forms etc but do I need to give these out again?
