Hi, I am required to submit a layout plan "showing each storey of the building, room locations, room dimensions and locations of amenities" to accompany my HMO application (to West Oxfordsire DC), can anyone point me in th right direction of a person/ company who would be able to carry this out for me please ?  (P.s I dont have the original plans from when the property was purchased in 2006).
