Dear Forum and Advice Team.

I wish to switch to letting my properties as a company rather than as a private individual, to take advantage of the widely publicised tax advantages.

I have created a company in my sole name for this purpose.

Would it be possible to:

1) RETAIN the properties in my personal name

2) Let my properties to the company I have created

3) Conduct the lettings through the company I have created (which would obviously forfeit the CGT tax advantages of company ownership), or would I need to first sell my properties to my company.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Tom D
