N244 application
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

As county court bailiffs are so backed up, I'm considering using private bailiffs. Apparently I have to complete a N244 to apply for permission to the county court to transfer to a high court. The grounds for my request is only to speed the process.

Has anyone been refused this permission?
