Hello, 

I would like to know what my obligations are with regard to the frequency of fire alarm testing in a property with 10 self-contained flats in London.

I have heard these different suggestions:

  • Weekly (this seems unrealistic)
  • Monthly
  • Ask the borough -they have no specific answer
  • Ask insurance-no mention

Can anyone clarify this?
