N5B for pre October 2015 tenancy
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I am preparing an N5B possession order application.  This is my 6th application in 2 years (5 successful!).  What is different this time is the tenancy is dated August 2014 and I do not have the original gas cert.

I have the current gas cert and many others.  In March this year I got the tenant to sign for receipt of epc, how to rent.

There was a gas cert in place in August 2014 but I did not keep it.  At that time it was not necessary for eviction.  

So my question is do I need to add an explanatory note?  Refer to Trickell whatever?  Or just fill it in listing the gas certs I have and not mentioning the absence of the original first one?
