i have an old terrace house. At the rear above the kitchen extension is a shared redundant chimney stack that has been covered etc. It is causing rainwater problems into my kitchen. I have been advised to get it removed to below rooftile level etc. Unfortunately the house next door is vacant and looks like buiding work inside it has stopped. I have pushed a note through the door explaining the situation etc and for them to contact me.... It has been 2 weeks. What do you suggest? I am happy to cover the cost etc of removal

TIA
