Would you Adam and Eve it?  When you have your possession order in the bag and a lingering tenant who needs bailiff action you now have to submit a bailiff risk assessment form!!!  NRLA guidance was updated 10 November without any anouncement that I saw ( just 2 days after I submitted an application for baliffs without the risk assessment.  I have made good this week.

EVERY TIME I DO AN EVICTION MORE IS REQUIRED FROM THE LANDLORD.  EVERY TIME.

The one thing I confidently predict about the post RRB eviction process is that it will be more work requiring more froms taking more of my time at greater expense.
