My tenants are moving out end of the year and I am putting the flat on the market. I was looking at doing a 3 month short let to cover some of my costs while it sells. I'm not really seeing any info on this within the resources. 

I'm unable to do Airbnb type holiday rentals due to lease restrictions. 

Any advice greatly appreciated
