Hi.  The property has an eirc.  It is valid for a further four years.  We have a change of tenant so know I need a visual report doing.  I have arranged for an additional 4 sockets to be installed in the property.  Do I need a complete new full eicr or is this covered on the visual report with the additions noted on it please.  I cannot find any info online other than the usual 5year a and change of tenant info.  Thanks for any help in advance. Xx
