I have finally obtained a possesion order for a section 8 claim in manchester 3 weeks ago, it took 9 months with court delays, adjournments and lost paperwork, but I got there eventualy. I still have not received any official  paperwork, as promised, from the court.  However the 2 week notice period expired last week and I have had no communication from the tenant. They have previously told me that they will not leave until the Bailiffs come.  I gather this will take 10 weeks or so.  In the absence of any paperwork from the court I am having to wait. I was also awarded a money order for the rent arrears, nearly 10k at the moment. is there anything I can do in the meantime,  to convert this to a CCJ and use the attachment of earnings option, as the tenent has a well paid job and I have his employers details. At least I have an address for them at the moment which may not be the case if they decide to disapear.  This is the first time in ten years, as a private landlord,  that this has happened so any advice would be really helpfull
