Warrant of Possession issued. T claims roof is leaking

Hi, forum.

We got our issue of possession letter from bailiffs. Now waiting for the execution date. T got in touch claiming that the roof is leaking. It's an attic, and the roof is a communal structure. All we can do is report it to the Management company. Can T still use it to stall execution of warrant of possession? What is the worst that she can do? If you could help us to prepare for the worst case scenarios, please, and how to navigate them?
