Date of when one can start - Form N325: Request a warrant for possession of land

Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Evening All,

Please could you advise how long does one need to wait before applying to court for Bailiffs (Form N325: Request a warrant for possession of land)

Dates are as follows 

Date of sitting by Judge - 15th November 2023

Date of - Order of possession 25th November 2023 

Defendant to give claimant of possession of said property - 29th November 2023

The Order says: "Within 14 days of its being served, either party may apply for it to be set aside or varied". 

My query is when do the 14 days start from? 25th November or the 29th November? 

Any help me much appreciated
