After 18 months of court, we got a S21 possession order in June, tenants (legal aid) appealed, that was heard in October.  We have ALL the documents but their barrister argued that the disconnected gas fire has never been checked.  Found out yesterday that the appeal was upheld (I am at my wits' end) and it's back to court (date to be given) to square one.  Tenants have not paid rent for all this time, and are claiming mental distress.

When is a disconnected gas fire a gas fire? Discuss.

Can anybody recommend a barrister who will actually fight for us and match their brilliant, legally aided barrister?

Any advice welcome
