Received Notice of Issue of Warrant from bailiffs but not form EX96
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi.

We received notice of Issue of Warrant of Possession 12 days ago but never received form EX96, which we need to fill in and return to court to confirm that we wish to proceed. 

Our T yesterday received their date, and they receive post always later than us. When we called the courts, the clark lied to us and said that the letters haven't been sent yet but will be in a few days. 

If we don't return form EX96 to the court (which we haven't received), the eviction will be canceled. What should we do?
