I have a property with a long term tenant that was always managed by a super agent. They sold out and the new agents inherited my in-situ tenant and have providing shocking service. The tenant has asked she deal directly with me. I have given the agency three months notice that I shall be managing this property myself.

I am not anticipating any problems with this as their complete lack of care to this tenant has been documented. I want to create a new tenancy agreement directly with my tenant but want a simply worded one and I find all the templates unwieldy and complex. Where can I obtain such a document? Thank you.
