Today the bailiff executed a warrant of possession on my tenants. The tenants were not present and had clearly vacated the property some time ago as evidenced by the rotting food in the fridge and the state of the property.

In addition to a few items of furniture (fridge, bed, wardrobe, machine machine, chest of drawers etc, they have very kindly covered the ground floor with household rubbish brought in from elsewhere. To such an extent that it is difficult to get from one side of the house to the other.

My question is: am I allowed to have the contents of the house cleared?
