Morning All

I have all my ducks lined up to issue a S21. Well , just about. The deposit protection has a little flaw in it. It became unproteected for a day. It was renewwed for an incorrect amount. So, having read the guidelines from Shelter (generally written for tenants), It would be best of i returned the whole deposit to the tenants before issuing the S21 to avoid any hurdles further down the line. Oh, it seems the local council is advising the tenants so I am not even going to liaise with the council as they just keep on finding flaws so that eviction will be delayed.
