Hi, I have been given a date for the baliff's to attend to evict a tenant in early January. However I see that the tenant can apply to the court to have the warrant suspended and be given an extra 6 weeks to leave the property on grounds of hardship. As time is short will the court suspend the warrant of possession UNTIL the application by the tenant is heard by the judge ?? ..... ie. say for example the tenant submits their application today but the court cannot hear her application until say early February will the warrant of possession [10 January] be suspended until the judge has heard the tenants application ?
