Has anyone experienced same problem as me to get into HMRC online tax submission.

My password not recognised. Definitely correct. So changed password. Got codes sent to email and mobile. Then email confirmation password changed. Great. However, tried to login in and had to do verification but my name, dob and NI not recognised. Long wait for days calling help line. Lady entered my details and said I am not on tax database. Definitely technical problems with HMRC. Lady refused to pass on my problem. No email for HMRC. Tax office at Cosham Portsmouth will only  see face to face deaf or blind people. Not me. NRLA can't assist to flag problem. If anyone reading this works for HMRC please flag problem. I don't know how many other people facing this problem. I have written to tax office. Any support or advice landlords can give me much appreciated.
