I am in my 70's , planning to retire and wish to reclaim and dispose of my property.  I have never given a tenant notice before. Tenants have been in situ 28 months, with a standard NRLA assured tenancy agreement commencing 2021. Is it a simple process to reclaim my property or should I instruct a lettings legal professional to expidite this matter?
