Including reason for S21
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Can anyone suggest good reason/s why not to give a reason for an S21? It's an HMO, we've had a formal complaint of aggressive/intimidating behaviour from another tenant and this has been supported by another current tenant and two recent former ones. Both of the former tenants cite the aggression as reasons for having left. I'd like merely to say that we've had complaints about behaviour from four individuals.
