Hi,

I am setting up a tenancy and working from the NRLA checklist. Would anybody know if the data audit for landlords is essential?

If so is it just a case of ticking all information about the tenant which I may have, then giving an explanation of where I keep it IE on my laptop, in emails and hard copies.?
