Greetings,

I intend to buy a property in the Gravesend borough of Gravesham. I have been struggling to reach someone from the council over the phone and haven't come across any information indicating otherwise. Therefore, my inquiry is whether there is an Article 4 direction in this area that limits the conversion of houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) for less than six occupants. Based on my research, it appears that there is no Article 4 direction, which means I can proceed with permitted development. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had any experience with projects in that particular area.
