In my contract with my letting agency who manage the property fully on my behalf, it states that a site inspection of my BTL is carried out at least once per year and shall provide an inspection report within 14 days of each visit.

A few weeks ago I enquired when the visit will happen (now being over 18 months into the tenancy) and was told by the letting agent that "oh yes it was carried out a few months ago". I asked for the inspection report to be told "we don't have the facility to provide these so all we can say it has been done".

Where do I stand with this? As I some issues have arisen which could have been avoided potentially if these inspections were carried out (which I doubt).
