hi,

i have given my tenant a section 21, she did not leave after the 2 months notice.

so gone to court for a possesion order, she has put a defence in saying she has depression etc. and her repairs have not been done. we have all paperwork in order gas cert, epc, how to rent booklet . what happens now? will we have to appear or does the judge just make a disission wheather to give her the extra 42 days, never been this far before normally leave on the section 21
