The tenants have Maserati sports car parked on the tenanted drive. From what I observe it’s remained in the same place (i.e. no movement in duration of tenancy), the back tyres are flat and the registration is ‘not assigned’ on the various motor checking sites that I’ve just looked at. Our painter was told it belonged to the female who doesn’t drive. She has told me that she does? Tenants of 18 months are leaving the country (allegedly). I stopped believing these two a while ago.

I’m looking for a quick solution, but the more I look into this the more I think it will become a concern. Agent will not disclose contact details citing GDPR. Male tenant gave his mobile number last week, but he’s not picking up or responding to texts. I caught him loading up a removal van, the house is empty, tenancy ends mid January.

You may well advise hold off and see what happens, but that will come at a cost. Weekly void cost is ~£300. Part of that goes to the council who have a vested interest in not removing an abandoned vehicle in any great rush for Landlords they’re hostile towards.

I don’t know what to do, apart from ensure it’s documented on the check out. Does anybody have experience/advice that can help?
