My sibling and I went 50/50 on an investment property many years ago and have successfully rented it out since. The tenant has told us they intend to leave soon. My sibling wants to occupy the house as their marital home i.e. rent my share. Who do I list as the tenant? Sibling, spouse, both? (They and I have been given conflicting advice from different sources.)
