Hello everyone

A housing association that specialises in "Assisted Living" rents a house from me. Tenant has been there for four years, but my contract is with the Association, not the tenant.
The unusual landlord insurance agents don't cover sublets or rent-to-rent.

Are any of you in a comparable circumstance, and if so, could you recommend your insurance broker?
