Boiler replacement grants Wales

I am trying to find out what natural gas boiler replacement schemes are currently available for my rental property in Wales.  Anyone had any experience of this?  The boiler that there is pretty old, (at least 10 years as I bought the property 2013 and it was there then) and it keeps failing.

I have searched online but so far only found England ones, or Wales ones which dont cover rental properties.
