Hello everyone, I have a joint tenancy (Mr and Mrs) which was up for renewal next month and they have asked me can they have it renewed just in a sole name as Mr is going to be living elsewhere and just visiting for a few days every few months. The deposit is in joint names. Can I just issue  a new sole tenancy to Mrs and issue her with all relevant documentaion again? Thank you so much.
