I currently manage my own properties but use a letting agent for tenant finds.   However, I am recently thinking of passing the management to the letting agency not just the find only due to increasing problems with rent colletction etc.   What experiences are out there as in pros and cons.  I have my own list but would like advice from other landlords please.
