A previous tenant left a trailer caravan in the rear court yard area of our property. He left the property 4 months ago and has not removed it despite his promises. I will serve him a letter in line with the torts act and give him 2 week's notice. My question is what do I do after 2 weeks if he doesn't remove it? Who do I contact to have it removed?
