Looking for advise on loss carried forward. 2022-2023 was a disaster year for me as the tenant did not pay rent except for the first month of tenancy. Hence had to evict him through the court and baliffs. So the income was ie £800 and the expense including refurbishing the property after evicting him was almost £7500.

Will I be able to use the loss agaict the income for the year 2023-2024.
