Hi Everyone,

Im just about to start a new tenancy after previously renting my house out to my last tenants for 7 years, Im using an estate agent to find me a tenant only and will manage the tenancy myself as I did previously.

The estate agent has found a new tenant and we are just about to start the process of settling up the new tenancy, the tenants are asking if I would be willing to have a zero deposit scheme instead of the normal deposit, I've looked at all the pros and cons for landlords online and it looks like it doesn't put us in any worse position instead of the deposit route, can any of your guys give me your thoughts on this and any pros and cons you've experienced using a zero deposit scheme.

Thanks

Neil.
