Buy-to-let mortgages for first time buyers

 I am a new member who is ready to buy- to-let my first property, I have little or no experience of how to be a good landlord.

Could someone kindly suggest several property companies that offers good buy-to-let mortgages for first time buyers

I live in London and would like to purchase a property there with a deposit of between £20,000 and £25,000. After that, I would also like to rent the property out to the Council. I would greatly appreciate any suggested locations in London please

I would appreciate any advice on whether renting your property to the Council has any negative effects.

Would you kindly let me know the dos and don'ts so that I can prevent any potential problems as a new landlord?
