Hi. I'm new to the business and have very little experience. As I'm taking on something that's been previousley run by a family member. I'm in a situation where I have a few empty properties that need clearing out of a lot of left furniture and rubbish and cleaning up after. Then they need a lot of repair and maintenance and re decorating. To get them up to a good standard so we can let them. I haven't got time to do any of the manual labour side of things myself. So I'm wanting some advice on the process of getting these things done? Are there people who take care of everything? Or do I need to be employing seperate  people to clear the property, then someone to deep clean the place? Then someone to take care of all the repairs? Then someone to decorate after? I would be very grateful to hear peoples procceses when a house becomes empty again. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
